About Bennett & Wells

Gail has been creating, designing and making cakes for all occasions for many years and her experience has crossed continents.  She has worked in Hong Kong and her cakes have travelled to far flung places including Australia and New Zealand.  Her work has been much admired not only to look at but it also tastes delicious.  Cakes can be decorated with sugar paste or real flowers depending on the “look” and the occasion.

Lynda enjoys working with flowers not only for weddings but for other occasions too.  She attended Hadlow College of Agriculture gaining a BTec National Award as well as attending the Jane Packer School doing bridal work in London and the Judith Blacklock School in Knightsbridge.  She has spent time working in two florist shops and her work has been seen in castles, churches, marquees, hotels, a boat on the Thames  and even round a swimming pool.  She has a team of assistants who help with the big occasions who are also qualified in their field.
